Project Inquiries
Submitting a project inquiry through our forms does not create a client-agency relationship. All production engagements, co-development partnerships, and porting projects require the execution of a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). We reserve the right to decline any project inquiry at our sole discretion.
Client Responsibilities
When submitting information, you represent that you have the authority to share such details on behalf of your studio. You agree not to submit malicious code, false information, or materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that preliminary data shared prior to an NDA does not compromise your trade secrets.
No Commercial Guarantees
Heroic Pullse provides elite technical services, but game development is inherently unpredictable. We do not guarantee commercial success, specific revenue milestones, download metrics, user acquisition costs, or guaranteed funding. Furthermore, while we adhere to strict QA and compliance standards, we cannot guarantee final platform certification (TRC/TCR) or app store approvals, which remain at the discretion of the platform holders.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heroic Pullse Studio Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This includes, but is not loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption related to preliminary project scoping.
Governing Law
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
