Matching Needs to Pods

Don't hire a Full-Cycle pod if you only need a Porting Squad. Identify exactly where your internal bottleneck lies. If your team is struggling with framerate targets on Switch, deploy our Optimization Squad. If your netcode is failing under load, deploy the Multiplayer Backend team. Fractional, targeted support is often more efficient than broad additions.

Timeline Expectations

Every capability has a required ramp-up phase. Discovery and code-audits are mandatory. We do not write a single line of C++ until we have profiled your existing architecture. This disciplined approach prevents compounding technical debt and ensures our sprint estimates are highly accurate.
