Project Inquiries
All requests submitted through our website are classified as preliminary project inquiries. These inquiries initiate a discovery dialogue to assess technical fit, engine capabilities (Unity/Unreal), and resource availability. An inquiry does not bind either party to a financial commitment or production schedule.
Cancellation of Discovery
You may cancel a project inquiry or halt the discovery phase at any time prior to the execution of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) without penalty. Simply notify our team via email, and we will cease communications and purge your preliminary scoping data according to our privacy protocols.
No Onsite Payments
Heroic Pullse does not sell software, games, or direct services through this website. We do not collect credit card information or process payments onsite. Therefore, there are no transactions to refund via this platform. All financial arrangements are handled offline via invoiced milestones.
Contractual Policies
Once a formal contract is signed, terms regarding milestone approvals, payment schedules, cancellation clauses, and potential refunds for unrendered services will be strictly governed by the executed MSA and corresponding Statement of Work (SOW). The website policies do not override formal B2B contracts.
IP Protection Upon Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your inquiry during the discovery phase, Heroic Pullse makes no claim to any concepts, pitches, or high-level ideas you have shared. Any materials provided under an NDA prior to cancellation will be destroyed or returned as stipulated by the terms of that specific NDA.
